The use of our Resource Room (9th Floor, Suite 910) is free to the general public and available from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The Resource Room is equipped with computers and useful software programs, books, brochures, videos, and other resources to help you with your job seeking and/or career planning endeavors. Scott County APPLICATION Process
Adult, Youth and Dislocated Workers will need to attend an informational meeting to start the application process. The meetings are scheduled every Wednesday at 1:00 PM, room 1026 on the 10th floor, Kahl Education Center, 326 West 3rd. Street, Davenport. Staff will cover details about the programs and services available in WIA and applications will be handed out during the meeting. Appointments can be scheduled afterwards. The information meetings usually last one hour.
The Promise Jobs Program is a mandatory program for those receiving a FIP Grant only. All referrals for this program must come from the Department of Human Services (DHS).
